Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not, we glady accept returns within 5 days of the shipment's receipt.  Final Sale items may not be returned. 
 
  • Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
  • All sales become final 5 days after you receive the item(s).
  • For free shipping offers, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
  • Please contact us immediately upon receipt of package to report any defects.
 
How to Return
Contact us via email or phone letting us know the reason for Return and we will send you the information on where to ship the package. Please make sure to pack the item(s) carefully by using the original packing material, if possible.   
 
We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. 
 We highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation to ensure receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns.
 
We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one week to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s).
 
Gift Return
For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit and a code will be e-mailed to you (if email is provided) or mailed to the shipping address on the original order for future use.
 
Exchanges             
We are not able to accept exchanges. Please place a new order.  
 
Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet been made ready for shipping.  Cancellations made more than one (1) hour after the original order was placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order.
