We will accept returns within 5 days of the shipment's receipt. Final Sale items in our Sale section may not be returned.
How to Return
Contact us via email or phone letting us know the reason for Return and we will send you the information on where to ship the package. Please make sure to pack the item(s) carefully by using the original packing material, if possible.
We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. We highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation to ensure receipt of your return. We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns.
We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one week to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s).
For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit and a code will be e-mailed to you (if email is provided) or mailed to the shipping address on the original order for future use.
We are not able to accept exchanges. Please place a new order.
Cancelling an Order
Cancellations made more than one (1) hour after the original order was placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order.
